چکیده Fluorescence pH sensitive carbon dots (pH-CD) were synthesized based on phenylene diamine derivatives. The resulting pH-CDs displayed uniform morphology with a size of around 42 nm. These CDs exhibit pH-dependent fluorescence (from pH= 3- 8), making them suitable for application as a pH sensor for food freshness monitoring. To study the effect of medium on emission characterization of pH-CD responses, epoxy, polyurethane and acrylic resins used for preparation of polymeric films containing fluorescence CD. Results showed epoxy films have sharp, fast and stable response by pH, making it suitable substrate for reversible pH- sensitive label construction.
